2010 Homes Association Dues
Your 2010 homes association dues are payable by January 31st. Please mail you payment to PO Box 26145, Overland Park, KS 66225 by January 31st to avoid late fees and penalties.

Stay up to date with Walnut Creek events and information by registering with the website. Please provide your contact information, including an e-mail address. This will enable us to provide you with timely information about the neighborhood.
Trash/Recycling Containers
To help maintain the appearance of the neighborhood, please store your trash and recycling containers in your garage or otherwise screened from view. Please do not leave trash and recycling containers in the driveway or at the front of your home.
Extension of South Indian Creek Trail
The Olathe Public Works Department has informed the Walnut Creek Homes association the City is extending the South Indian Creek Trail through Walnut Creek and two other subdivisions to Hampton Park at 163rd and Warwick street . Actual construction is projected to start in March 2010 and be completed October 2010. Our understanding is a public meeting is planned for sometime this Summer to give more details on the project. Volunteer Committees
The Board of Directors is looking for ambitious and dedicated volunteers to assist with common area maintenance, pool supervision, event planning and special projects. If you have always wanted to get involved in your community, we would appreciate your time! Many committees only meet a few times a year but make a positive and lasting impact on our subdivision -- a small commitment by a few, instead of a large commitment by one!

Architectural Review Required for Construction Projects
To maintain the appearance and property values in Walnut Creek, architectural review is required for exterior changes to your home, such as room additions, re-roofing, painting which changes the color of your home, fences, etc..
